Integrity Painting Services, LLC was founded in 1998 by Phil McClarey with a simple commitment: do the work the right way, every time. For more than 28 years, we have served homeowners and builders throughout Madison and Dane County with detail-driven interior painting, cabinet painting, and specialty finish work.

Phil McClarey - Owner
Phil founded Integrity Painting Services nearly 30 years ago with a simple philosophy: if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing well. After an early career in the insurance industry and a period of travel abroad, he returned to the U.S. determined to build a business centered on craftsmanship, trust, and respect for clients’ homes. Today Phil remains closely involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring every project reflects the standards Integrity Painting was built on.
Shane Rosch
Shane has been part of the Integrity Painting team for more than 20 years and has worked on some of the company’s most complex projects, including the historic Governor’s Mansion conversion to a bed and breakfast. Known for his ability to quickly assess a project and plan the work strategically, Shane ensures every surface is properly prepared and ready for finish paint. His experience and steady approach help keep projects organized and completed the right way.
Ben Whiting
Ben began his painting career working on mural restoration and decorative archiving in the Wisconsin State Capitol. That meticulous work developed the steady hand and attention to detail he brings to every project today. When precision and fine finish work matter most, Ben’s craftsmanship helps ensure the final result meets Integrity Painting’s high standards.
